We believe that the experience of receiving your order should be completely seamless. Every Consilla order is carefully packaged and shipped with the utmost care.

Free Shipping on Every Order

Every order ships free. No minimum. No exceptions. We cover the shipping costs because we believe in transparent pricing at checkout — there are no hidden fees or unexpected charges when you complete your purchase.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days

  • Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days

Once your order is placed and confirmed, it is processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. From there, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your shipping destination.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. Orders placed on Friday after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your shipment. If you haven't received your tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first — and if it's not there, reach out to us and we will look into it immediately.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order, contact us as quickly as possible and we will do our best to correct it before the package leaves our facility.

Delayed or Lost Packages

We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time. However, once a package is in the hands of the carrier, occasional delays can occur due to weather, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your estimated delivery window has passed, please get in touch with us and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged on Arrival

We take great care in packaging every order. In the rare event that your sandals arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will resolve the issue for you right away.
