Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Boots must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. To start a return, get in touch through our Contact page and we'll send you a prepaid label.

Every Consilla boot is handcrafted from full-grain leather by a single artisan — cut, stitched, and finished by hand from start to finish. We use Goodyear welt construction on every pair, which means when the sole eventually wears down, a skilled cobbler can resole them and give them another decade.
